What is an RFID-NFC tag?
An RFID-NFC tag is a small device that contains an electronic chip and an antenna. This tag is used to store information that can be read by an RFID-NFC reader. Tags can be integrated into various objects, such as consumer products, cards, labels, and of course in traceability solutions like those offered by Centiloc.
Characteristics of RFID-NFC tags

Collection and transmission of data
Centiloc’s integrated NFC readers detect the presence and position of products equipped with RFID-NFC tags in real time. Each tag has a UID (Unique Identifier), guaranteeing precise traceability of each item.
These data are then transmitted to a secure server, hosted either in the cloud on servers in France or locally (on-premise), depending on the company’s needs. This infrastructure allows for instant information updates, ensuring real-time visibility on the status of stocks and product location.
Access to data via the Centiloc API
