Philippe BOISSAT is passionate about the world of aeronautics, space and defence.
Aeroplane pilot and telecommunications engineer, reserve officer of the French Air Force, he has spent his entire career in the field of space, aerospace, and telecommunications activities, in systems integration, software and consulting companies, in an international environment with a strong multicultural presence. He has worked in Canada for Nortel Telecom, in Germany for T-Systems, in Luxembourg and Spain for SES, in the USA for Deloitte and in France for IBM and Eutelsat. He has a deep knowledge of the aerospace industry in Europe and the USA. Since 2005, he is President & Founder of 3i3s, a non-profit institute, dedicated to Aerospace NewSpace applications 3 Objectives: Networking, education, pedagogical actions, humanitarian actions.

Our team
The Centiloc team is built around a group of NFC experts
Because of our geographical location in the “Smartcard Valley” where a lot of NFC technology companies were born, the members of our team have a long experience of this technology. People have worked in the past for specialized companies like semiconductor manufacturers, smartcard embedders, OS providers or design houses.
As a consequence they have the knowledge acquired on passed complex projects around identification. Several projects concerned identification of people or goods. They have participated in delivering billions of smart objects for various applications like Electronic Passport, Banking Cards or POS systems.
In addition our NFC experts were recognized worldwide by participating in standardization committees like ISO organization offers. Contributing to new standards around contactless and NFC technology at the NFC Forum.

The beginning
Their first idea was to build an NFC game board, just for fun, as electronics and software enthusiasts.

Starting Centiloc in July 2019, they were soon joined by other engineers who were also motivated by technological development.
